Billy is a gifted carpenter. He fixed a poorly DIY built-in by the homes previous owners and made it a feature wall in our home. The level of integrity and professionalism were phenomenal. We appreciated coming home after working all day to find a CLEAN home - Billy ensured the work he was doing did not have any negative impact on us (leaving a mess). Most importantly, Billy went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely satisfied with the results of his work and even fixed some other areas he saw in the house (cracks in crown molding due to house settling), showed us how to make simple repairs and even gifted us some top grade putty for future small fixes. What a BLESSING - Thank you Billy!! If you looking for the BEST in the trade of carpentry - look no further.
Details: Crown molding • Drywall • Yes, I will provide the molding or trim • As recommended by carpenter • 0 - 40 ft • I do not need it painted or stained

Billy did excellent work on several projects for me at a reasonable price. He replaced 3 pillars on front porch, repaired minor termite damage inside, replaced a couple shingles that came off roof and trimmed off the tree branch that caused it, etc. I plan to use him again when work projects come up.

Did a fantastic job on removing the carpet on our staircases and replacing them with hard wood. He was always very responsive to our questions, kept us informed on the progress of the job, was significantly cheaper than our other quotes and was very kind and patient with our old, cranky dog. We highly recommend his services.

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing a plan. Without a plan, from the smallest to the largest projects will suffer slow downs or set backs in some way. Describing expectations, concerns and of course budget should be part of the conversation before beginning any project.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From the "engineer" who has the last detail and expectation established to the homeowner who has a "vision" of what they want but needs help in getting there. Both need someone to guide them through the process of establishing a plan for the project and seeing it come to fruition in budget and according to their expectation or vision.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First impressions matter. If you are uneasy with a person in the first few minutes of conversation, move on. Trust is paramount in this business and a homeowner should be able to trust the person they allow into their home or onto their property. If that is not the case, find someone you can trust.
