Absolutely fantastic company! We had an electrical emergency on a Saturday morning, and Prime Electric responded within 30 minutes. They quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately began repairs. What turned out to be a complicated job was completed in just a few hours, getting us back up and running the same day. The repair required a new breaker panel and generator transfer box, both of which were ordered on Saturday and professionally installed by Tuesday. For both appointments, the technicians arrived exactly when promised, worked efficiently, and handled everything in a highly professional manner.
