- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**My quote above is always set at a deep clean rate for the first time i clean. ***My schedule is flexible so you chose what day and time works best for you and we will make it happen. ****Laundry : sort , wash, dry, and fold $5 per load ******All 1st time cleanings are done as a deep clean at a deep cleaning rate. which will include baseboards, kitchen appliances, interior windows. and window seals . ******Carpets shampooed start price $125 -$225 *******Wedding , Events and parties cleanup Start price $125-$325 50% deposit required at time of scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after a appointment is scheduled we will meet at the location and. we will do a walk through and I will give you a estimate from there we will discuss the job or any special request ,payment and schedule arrangements . I prefer to clean same day unless customer request another time .FIRST CLEANING IS ALWAYS A DEEP CLEAN and at a deep clean rate so it will cost a little bit more. that way i know that everything has been done. I ONLY CHARGE A ONE TIME DEEP CLEANING FEE for my customers who are on a REOCCURING schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from NACA in 1995 later that fall I attended CNA classes and became a Certified Nursing Assistant. I stayed in the medical field for about 8 years and then I became General Manager of our local Zaxbys there I received many awards and certification in management through the university of Athens Ga. safeserv certified . I have took safety hazardous classes on dangerous chemicals for hazmat , mold and mildew cleanups. I have great people skills i work well with others and i take pride in the quality of my work. Not only do i know the value of money but i also know the value of time. I love meeting new people and getting to know them. I love what I do and I believe that's what makes my business one of the best around.
