What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am offering a discount on your first cleaning for recurring cleaning services only. 10% off the first cleaning.
We created base rates according to the square feet and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. I accept Venmo, Cashapp and Square and each of those charge processing or transfer fees that are approximately 3 to 7% of the payment. Beginning June 2026 this fee will be the responsibility of the client.
I also accept cash and checks inside a sealed envelope.
We also require a 25% deposit to hold your scheduled cleaning date that goes towards your total payment. This helps cut down on last minute cancelations. If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled time you will receive a full refund immediately.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss your cleaning needs and you may send me photos of the job or schedule a free estimate. Whichever you are comfortable with. If we do an estimate beforehand I will ask a few questions and we will confirm everything you need completed. The day of your cleaning one of our professionals will arrive at your scheduled time and go over any specific requests or concerns that you may have. We will discuss everything that will be cleaned so that you are aware and approve.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began cleaning at Goosepond colony at age 13 and then at 18 I became a Certified Nursing Assistant and then a Nationally Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. In 2013 I started my own cleaning service and was very successful. I have cleaned real estate properties, gyms, offices and homes from 1 bed 1 bath to 11 beds 6 baths. I am now the Lead Quality Technician at KTAlabama. I also own and operate Southern Bell Luxury Cleaning. I have a medical and quality background which uniquely qualifies me to operate my cleaning business, oversee my cleaning professionals and provide quality services!
