- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet I like to give the new customer key pullet points about tristate landscaping llc and lawn care! Let them know who we are and what we do, then find out exactly what the customers number one needs are and deliver a speedy drawn out process on what it will take to fulfill those needs!!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back in 2000 I started working for my father , landscaping and doing lawn care! By the year 2003 I was running one of his crews full time during the summer and spring!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at profiles , websites , learn about the specialist that you are most interested in! Check for business lisence! Look for some pictures of different jobs and tasks that they have completed! The small things that most people don't think about are what makes huge differences!!
