What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not a cheap moving company but are prices are competitive. We charge $90/hr. With a 3 hr minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just communicating with them to put them at ease. Let them know that we’re gonna take good care of them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many loading,packing,wrapping etc. I estimate that I have done over 4,500 moves.
