Jonathan was amazing to work with. He was able to answer all of the questions I had, and I had a lot. I was also very comfortable with his responses and felt confident he was providing correct information to me. Jonathan was also extremely fast at responding and had everything ready for me in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing tax preparation assistance.

2016 is the second year in a row I've had Hicks Financial Services review, complete, and file my taxes. I used to do my own taxes, and it was immensely frustrating trying to make sure I answer everything correctly! Hicks Financial Services answers any questions I have and has a quick turnaround time! I also pay less than I do for the software to complete my own! It is a relief knowing my taxes are in good hands!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing but it depends on your particular situation and the amount of work that I will be completing as to the price. I can tell you that while I may not be the cheapest I operate my business on a flat rate of charges that I will discuss and disclose once hired for a job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to understand your particular situation as everyone is different. Then I explain to you what I can do for you and even tell you if I am not the right fit for you and recommend another person if I am not the right one.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take about 30-60 of CE courses throughout the year for tax preparation and bookkeeping.
