- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an inspection/setup fee and a per animal removal fee. The service call is good for 6 months. When I start your job I will also give you an itemized estimate for repairs needed to prevent re-entry and these are guaranteed for the life that you own your home
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I inspect your property and set up the traps. 2. I am checking the traps 2-3x a week up to daily depending on animal 3. Once all animals are trapped and removed then we can do the repairs if you so choose.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
31 years trapping wildlife. 25 years with a national wildlife company training new franchises, training hundreds how to trap and run a successful wildlife removal company.
