I contacted K&B to help me with clearing out a basement that I plan to renovate. The property is in Alabama and I was in Ohio. K&B were extremely responsive after I made my initial request. I received a call within 20 mins and we began working out the details. Brett was very professional and ready to help me with the project. He was happy to provide references and pictures of previous projects. His references were extremely happy with K&B's work and recommended that I proceed. Brett provided a quote and got his crew in and out ahead of his planned schedule. I wasn't able to see the actual work myself until after I arrived from Ohio and I must say that they did an excellent job without me being present. I really appreciate their sense of urgency to get the job done, without cutting corners. I didn't mention price, his price for the work was very fair, and this was the same message I received from the references I spoke with. I look forward to moving forward with the next phase of the project with K&B.

There was a small communication issue at the beginning. But, they apologized and made up for it by doing an awesome job. They cleaned up after themselves and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. We will definitely use them again.

Brett was courteous and attentive to what I wanted done and even added a nice design element to my patio project. He and his partner were able to start immediately, worked hard (in the heat) and did a good job, cleaned up afterward and for a very reasonable price. I will ask him to come back when I need other projects done.

Got all of his money didn’t finish the job. Part of the job was a horrible job. Had to fix things he did.
