Our entire process working with AFS to help us repair our foundation has been outstanding. Our foundation inspector Paul was thorough in his explanation of how to address our foundation concerns, and answered any questions we texted him to ease our stress. Our foundation crew of David, Bobby, and Bryce made sure to call us prior to their arrival, and checked in throughout the process to see if we had questions. They did a great job from start to clean up, and were relieved to have this taken care of by such a professional crew!

My home is 119 years old and was finally showing its age with sagging floors. After numerous phone calls to other foundationrepair companies and being turned down due to the age of my home, I stumbled on AFS on the internet. I submitted my request for a free inspection. Keenan Mathis called and set up an appointment for a free inspection. He arrived and explained everything and gave me an honest opinion with pictures of what was happening. We scheduled the install for a week later. Bobby, David and Bryce showed up right on time today. They got to work immediately, checked in with me a few times and allowed me to ask questions. I was walked through some of the procedures and learned a lot. Now, I have a fully stabilized and secure foundation for many more years for my old house. Cannot be more pleased!

AFS was such a life saver for our home. After very recently closing escrow, we discovered a massive water damage and foundation issue. Obviously we were heartbroken. We called several experts, flooring professionals and went with AFS because of their awesome reviews and before and after pictures. You could basically EAT DINNER on the floor under our house now it's so pristine. I was so concerned about my family's health with the mold and mildew and they eliminated all of it. My subfloor is drying out and I can't wait until they come back for the follow up! 10/10 recommend! Thank you Logan, James and Jacob for exceeding our expectations!

Our house started developing some cracks. We had AFS out to look at our foundation. Our house was starting to settle. We need 5 helical piers installed to stabilize our foundation. The A team of David and Bobby came out and did the install. They were friendly and professional during the entire process. They kept us informed throughout each step and invited us to watch the progress. They were careful with our lawn and cleaned up everything. Take a note folks, this is the way its done. Thanks guys!
