FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge the national average per mile driven, I quote all my materials at cost plus 10% or give the customer the option to purchase the materials for me. then the labor depends on time and manpower. however I do not over price my services and I will not lower my quality of work for a cheaper rate. I will work with you in any way. I also have a network of individual craftsmen that I know and trust to do things for me as well. I am literally a one stop shop. If I cant do it I guarantee I know someone who can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial meet and greet.. customers are always concerned "if" I can do the task that they need me to do so I spend the quality time that they deserve by listening to their wants and needs then I help them sort out the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have numerous years of experience in the heavy industrial construction field which is where my equipment, transportation and metal fabrication skills come from. I also grew up poor in the country (Washington county Alabama) so therefore I developed a jack of all trades mentality when it comes to roofing, home repair or general landscape maintenance.
