About
I pride myself on listening to the client. The end results to every session is to ensure the customer and I have created portraits that touch the heart as well as the eye. I love meeting people. I've never met a stranger! So the opportunity to create and capture portraits that hold a moment in time gives me an opportunity to share my clients moment with their families and friends.

Tamika has done our family and wedding photos and she was amazing. She helped us determine what our expectations were. We thought we were just taking pics! She really cares about making sure the customer gets what they want.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

After seeing myself on camera for the first time in probably a decade in 2009, for the first time I truly saw "ME". The woman my husband, kids, family, and friends see. I saw the beauty of me from the inside out in an image. From that moment, I wanted to bring that joy to everyone I could.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

In photography, understand that you are paying someone to capture moments that will last a lifetime. Look for a photographer that you are able to "mesh" with. If you're not comfortable with them, then they aren't comfortable with you.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Photography isn't an easy profession. Camera equipment, software, and knowledge isn't inexpensive. Quality truly matters.
