- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many construction estimators will tell you an expensive replacement must be done, when a repair can be effective and much lower cost. I will give you available options and let you make decisions that are best for you A previous contractor said a shower door must be replaced for $1200. I cleaned it and adjusted it for $70. The owner was quite happy with the result!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twelve years construction. Father and Grandfather were carpenters by trade. I built a house from the ground up for myself as they both did. Trained in welding and acetylene cutting also.
