Boy oh boy are these guys fast, polite, and exceptionally hard working. Not only that, they were very accommodating when I needed to reschedule my drop-off date due to business travels; they were able to squeeze me in just two days later! I will definitely be using them again in the future for any moves local or a bit of distance! Just an FYI, I scheduled for a pickup in South Carolina on a Saturday, and Tuesday they were there. Amazing work. Highly highly recommended!

Metro Movers moved us to Orange Beach, AL. Showed up on time and was very accommodating to our requests. Did a very nice job overall at a very good price.

Arrived on time. Did not put back together all of the bedroom furniture and just took off. Was charged about 100 dollars extra for using a credit card that was not stipulated before hand (hidden cost).

David contacted me with and gave an estimate that was several hundred less than anyone else. I paid half the agreed upon amount up front. He and 2 young guys showed up on time. I had already packed everything so they were done in about 2-2 1/2 hrs. He then asked for the balance of the amount due. I thought that would due when the furniture was delivered. I did pay the balance and initially we agreed to meet at 9 am the day after at the new address. I left at 5 am to be there by 9. Apparently Dave sent an email they would be there later...that afternoon. The truck finally got there at 8:45 pm. Just 2 guys, it was dark and hot as hell. My daughter's fiancé and I helped unload the truck which was a different truck from 2 days ago. We make as many trips to to the truck and back as the moving guys. They forgot to leave the bolts for the bed frame and were in such a hurry they almost left a piece in the truck and on the front porch. I still tipped $20 apiece. I have spoken with Dave several times and we agreed a partial refund was in order. I have not seen it yet.
