I called John Kelly with Rest One about a mold issue. My family's efforts over the past couple of months had accomplished a grand total of nothing, it kept coming back and it was getting worse. We finally worried enough about the damage it might cause to the house that we gave up trying to figure it out ourselves, and called John to come take care of it. How did that go? The bathroom looks brand new, the smell is gone, and the work he did has even kept it from coming back. John, I know I told you that you did an amazing job and thanked you for taking care of EVERYTHING, but my family has insisted I add to your workload... get a training manual out that will teach my kids when they're older how to run our business as well as you run yours. :)

John came the next day to do the job and then came back to make sure the leaks were fixed so that the mold did not recur. John was easy to work with and very professional.
