- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, It depends on the type of work to be performed. We price our jobs mainly by "time and material" as well as an hourly rate of $60 per hour. Iam open to negotiation. We offer free estimates and will come out to your residence for a free quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with contacting the customer to set up a time to meet to discuss the work that needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years experience in electrical work working with one of the biggest electeical companies in town. I attended Shelton State Community College as an electrical apprentice. I also have experience in security systems and camera systems.
