Minwoo is the best Korean teacher we could have asked for. He's currently teaching myself and my daughter and even though we can be difficult at times, he's been very patient with us. He takes his time to make sure we get our pronunciation right. And provides tips for us to even learn from each other. He even informs us on some of the culture to help describe meanings of a word. I love his attention towards us as students and caters the lessons to fit our progress. He makes it very easy for us to learn, what we thought would be a difficult language. I would highly recommend him as your next Korean teacher.

My friends and I have started taking beginner Korean lessons from Minwoo ~3 weeks ago. We've only had 3 lessons so far and we're having SO much fun! Minwoo makes the classes very enjoyable and relaxed. I was really surprised that we were already able to read words (with a cheatsheet of course) by the end of the first lesson! Minwoo has a knack for making things super easy to follow with fun memory aids. I'm really looking forward to being able to hold a (broken) conversation in Korean soon :P

Minwoo is an excellent teacher! Korean lessons are probably the nicest thing I've done for myself this year and I'm so glad I was able to find a great tutor here. The amount of information and instruction in just one lesson is invaluable for anyone wanting to become proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Korean. There is really no comparison between one on one tutoring and app based learning. I cannot recommend Minwoo enough!
