Introduction: I'm an Executive Chef with the University of Alabama where I prepare meals, and make creative ,dishes&desserts for a large fraternity I have been working there for 6 years among other establishments where I have also prepared meals also I do have a catering business where I do cook for different types of functions in a very dedicated I received my culinary under the guidance of master Chef Chirs Scott out of Baton Rouge LA so in closing I would be honored to cater some of tour events.
