Arthur was professional, courteous, personable and knowledgeable. He responded promptly to my computer problem. I took my processor in to his shop. After a diagnostic test, he gave me the bad news. However, he also had a great, cost effective solution which included practical upgrades. Not only did I get a used processor in excellent condition, but Arthur threw in some extra bells and whistles that have my computer well protected and moving at warp speed! No more waiting. When my plug-ins for my mouse and keyboard did not fit my new processor, he replaced them at no extra charge!! How great is that for customer service?!!? Thanks to Arthur, my new tech support guy, I will be able to meet my deadline for my meeting tomorrow afternoon. Simply superb!!!

He did a great job on fixing my computers, I had two and before I went to aruther. I been to two to three shop none could fix them. I thank God for him, arthur did it. Thank You so much

Arthur was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful during our call. He identified the problems which existed with my computer, and resolved the virus and malware issues I was having so that my pc runs better.
He then went a step further and provided me with information that will help me maintain my pc. I would highly recommend Arthur's services to others.
