At K2H Heating & Cooling, we believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or high-pressure sales tactics. We provide clear estimates before any work begins and only recommend repairs or replacements that are truly needed. Financing is available on qualifying system replacements, and we offer maintenance plans to help customers save on repairs and extend the life of their equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your concerns and performing a thorough inspection of your HVAC system. After diagnosing the issue, we'll explain what we found, discuss all available options, and answer any questions you have. Once you approve the work, we'll complete the job professionally, test the system, and make sure you're completely satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 18 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, including service, repair, installation, and system design. I've completed manufacturer training on multiple equipment brands and stay current with the latest technologies, diagnostic procedures, and industry best practices to ensure every job is done correctly.
