Pinnacle Gutters exceed my expectations in every way. Very quick to follow up on contact. Brandon came quickly to check my small job and verify colors on downspouts for repair I needed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair. I'm not a salesman, I provide a service to those in need.
My installers are top notch with well over 75 years experience combined, everyone working with Pinnacle Gutters is a legal citizen and is paid a plus living wage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would introduce myself, then ask to go over what the customer wants, their problem areas, etc...
Then assess the situation and show you what we plan to do to fix it and why.
after I assess, I work up the price quote for the customer and go over price.
When the job is confirmed I email a copy of the full Scope of Work Agreement of the job to them when I get back to my office.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into construction after school and loved it. I've been in the gutter side of construction the last 7 years.
