Technician was able to close the job over the phone, I sent over a few pictures, got the right back to me, we scheduled a date and they showed up and got the job done in just a few hours. New door looks great, price was very competitive, and I have no complaints.

Unfortunately there was an issue and Chad was not able to use a conversion kit on the door as planned. This was due to an overhead clearance issue in my garage. Chad suggested I speak with the door manufacturer and have them repair the door. Chad did not charge for his time. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism.
