Introduction: I am a personal trainer and fitness trainer/instructor. I offer toning, strength, cardio, running, boot camp workouts, agility, Pilates, endurance, plyometrics. I train eveyone, from the client that has never worked out to the elite athlete. I am a former fitness facility group exercise director and boot camp director. I also did toning for baseball and soccer teams at various local colleges.
