What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a 65$ service fee to come out but that price will be taken off the price of job. So say the price to come out is 65$ if we get the job that price is 100% included in the total price of work. You will not be paying two service fees if the job is handled by our company unless it’s after 30 day period
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get the phone call and schedule a time to come out we do charge a service fee to process the situation and then that price will come off of the price to do the job .
