- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing because all jobs are different. I give the customer the best price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally meet to go over the needed scope of work. I write a quote and if the customer is satisfied. Write a contract for the job. Give a date for the start of the project. And a projected completion date. When project is completed customer pays the bill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked construction my whole life. Started roofing when i was a teenager.When roofing was slow i would help build houses to make a pay check.i have seven years experience with just fencing of all types. From Aluminum,wood, custom wood,and chain link. Residential and commercial.
