I am constantly reading articles and papers on what is new, and what techniques are coming up in the culinary world. I am in constant contact with my professors that i use to gather information from all the time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to go into the Culinary industry because i love to cook. i love to create art that you can visual enjoy as well as taste.
