Pricing info is given after a free job site walkthrough and initial meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Jobsite Walkthrough We begin by walking the jobsite to evaluate existing conditions and better understand the scope of work. 2. Initial Consultation We schedule a meeting to discuss your goals, vision, budget expectations, and overall project details. 3. Preliminary Budget Range After reviewing the project, we provide a high-level price range so you have a clear understanding of the expected investment before making any commitments. 4. Pre-Construction Agreement If you decide to move forward, we enter into a pre-construction agreement. During this phase, we finalize interior finishes, detailed scope items, selections, and design specifics. If plans have not yet been created, this is when they are developed. This marks the beginning of the paid portion of our services. 5. Final Fixed Price Proposal Once all details are finalized, we provide a comprehensive hard bid that includes line-item pricing, detailed call-outs, and subcontractor pricing. At this point, you may choose to move forward into a construction agreement with us — or you are free to take the completed plans and scope details to another contractor.
