- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A square foot price or hourly rate can apply depending on the scope of the project. 10% discount for active duty or veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally contact the customer via phone, text or email depending on their preferences. Once contacted the job will scheduled and if necessary viewed beforehand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in all the painting disciplines to include: Residential, Commercial and Industrial. This understanding of the paint processes gives me a deeper understanding than the typical painter.
