Introduction: Mobile Notary Service provided in central Arkansas Remote Online Notarization (RON) provided Nationwide (in states that permit it) $15 per in person notarized signature RON fees very based on needs Travel fees range from $10- 100 based on location.. I have been a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent for over 10 years. I have been told by clients over the years that they feel very comfortable with me and that I am very thorough with my document review. I have had a lot of success with same day turnaround and understand the importance of timing with regard to real estate documents. Note: Signings cancelled upon my arrival will require 50% payment of the total fee while I’m still onsite. Wait Times : I provide a 15 minute waiting “grace” period. A $10 waiting fee (each 15 minutes after the grace period) will be added to the total amount. Payment: Cash or Check is preferred. Although I do accept Venmo, Zelle, CashApp and PayPal an additional 10-15% fee will be added to cover electronic payment charges and bank transactions fees. I had a particular document thar needed to be signed & notarized. Signer was stubborn and would not respond via calls or email. Previous encounters led me to believe that signer only responds to in person tasks. I was faced with an airline round trip for a signature or no signature. Then I found Sarah. This girl is a bulldog. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $15 per signature and $15-$100 for travel fees depending on distance. I am willing to work with customers as I know everyone’s situation is different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe it is important to speak with any customer before the signing. This not only helps the notary and signer to understand expectations but also allows an opportunity to discuss any concerns there may be , if meeting in the clients home. i.e small children, pets etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the National Notary Association.
