He was on time and very professional. He listened to what we wanted and even had some suggestions to improve on our needs. We are still interviewing for the job, but he is definitely in the running! If we do hire him I will post about his work.

We now base all of our prices on local pricing, no more no less.....
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I approach each job withe the basic questions to open up communications... where, when the person wants me there... and then I just let the client do the talking....
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the construction industry and now that I'm back home from college I now have the opportunity to use the skills that I've earned.
