We’re sorry that you were unhappy with our service that we were unable to provide for you. However, we do not have the correct information from thumbtack to be able to provide the service and be paid for the service. I sent emails this morning and was not responded to at all today. The reason we ask what store is because that matters for us to be able to pick up the equipment and materials for the job which I did not have an email stating what store I’m happy to provide copies of what I was provided.

We like to put a face to a name when possible we will go over for free and give a quote. Meet the homeowners and get to know each other.
