- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not as other plumbers. . I consider myself very reasonable and even have a helper with me at times.. I also give senior citizen discounts. I've done this long enough to where I can be very precise with my estimate. there is never any question or doubt when I hand a customer an invoice. The only way to do this without speaking is to please answer any question I may have to the best of your knowledge about the problem at hand. I offer a warranty and I do not mark my material up..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure I'm not late to my appointment with them.. That's very important to me. I will even ask if there is anything else I can do if I get done to early. It's their hour so I Wana do whatever I can so they get their money's worth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm from a plumbing family. 4 older brothers and a father all licensed in the trade. it's all I have ever done. I am licensed in Arkansas
