We had a blast doing our engagementphotos with Janet! She walked us through the whole process so we understood it. She posed us in ways that didn’t make us seem awkward or too staged. A great deal for the quality of work she provides! We got to see a couple pictures before she edited them and they’re already fantastic, so we can’t wait to see the finished products!

I would highly recommend using Snapshot! Janet was so friendly and professional. I was running behind (as normal) and she offered to help me with the decorating. She was open to anything we wanted to do. I cannot wait to see our wedding pictures!

She was so sweet and understanding of what we wanted for our engagement pictures. She was so easy to corporate with the heavy traffic the day of and made such we both looked perfect and got plenty of amazing pictures. I’m absolutely in love with them and everyone who has seen them cannot stop staying how beautiful they are. These are just a small attachment of my favorites she did. She used the sunset and area around us so well, I almost forget it’s downtown hot springs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to keep my prices competitive. Photography is one of the most important investments that one can make, however, I completely understand that not everyone has an unlimited budget for an event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The normal process is consultation, contract, event.
Consultation: I use this time to get to know the customer. I like to get into the hobbies and general likes to try to incorporate into the photo session
Contract: This is the business mumbo-jumbo. We go over all the details included in the session and do some last minute signing.
Event: It's finally time to party! Time for family, fun, and photos!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing photography as a business for about 2 years now, however, I have been doing photography free lance for about 5. In that time, I've taken some online courses to learn more about my camera, editing, and the overall composition of a great photo. I do plan to take more courses to further my education.
