My grandfather was a carpenter, and my father was a jet mechanic in the Navy as well as an ASE certified mechanic. Keith came by and repaired our tile that had begun to bulge due to linoleum being left under them. He repaired it seamlessly and also fixed our hot water sticker to our washing machine. 10/10 would recommend.
