I haven't hired this professional, I assume their work is good. That being said, customer service is average. I left a message with what I wanted to get done and I get back a message asking how they can help... That tells me they didn't read what I needed and instead expected me to explain it a second time. If that wasn't enough they also text the same thing. Now they want me to tell them a third time what I needed done. Then they called we are now at 4 contact attempts. I assume the messages and text are automated but it makes me feel like they do not care.
They also can't tell me how much something cost. I contacted 5 plumbing companies and 3 of them were able to provide clear pricing and let me know what extras to expect should they encounter issues. This company wouldn't provide an numbers without driving out to look at it. This feels like a pressure sales tactic hoping you can get onsite and up sale the work being done.
I don't mind them coming by, being as there is no charge, but sure feels like a waste of time for both them and me. We could easily do a video call, pictures or a screen and video sharing meeting via Teams, Meet, Zoom but that wasn't good enough for them.
