Hi Kim, you cancelled the first appt. that was fine. another was set and as I told you my doorbell was broke and awaiting the landlord to fix. As I live in a 2 story building and have live in grankids it can be very noisy. I am sorry no one heard you knock, and I might add you had my phone number which you could have called and I would have most definitely responded. I might also add you had a Windows XP machine that no one else would even touch. I was willing to fix you up, but the bottom line was that you didn't want to have to buy a newer, cheap machine. That being said, I was going to do it to make you happy, however, you would have the same problems you were having 4-6 months down the road, and after hearing all about the last tech trying his best to make you happy, Maybe it's better things worked out the way they did. I'm still sorry for not hearing you knock, and I really hope you were able to buy a newer machine able to keep up with what you were trying to do. Best wishes and good luck!

I am very fair on my prices and since I work from my home, I don't have the overhead to pass along to the customer.

I send a quote, let them know of my experience, list companies I've done work for, and am honest in pricing parts and labor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
27 years of using, working on all levels of this type work, including TV, stereo equipment, and yes, even 8 tracks, lol.
