Todd was great, I would have given him all 5 workmanship qualities, but I can only choose 3. He was on time knew exactly what to do to fix my two issues. Went right to work, had all the tools he needed to complete the job. (You don't know how many times someone would come to the house not prepared even though I told them what the job entails.) Some jobs are flat fees regardless of how long they take (standard ceiling fan $50, Microwave above range $100, standard TV mount $50)

talking or texting on the phone to discuss their needs, then meeting them in person and going over all possibilities
