- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company was founded by two Master Electricians who have worked for the big franchises in the area. They were tired of overcharging customers and decided to make a company that offers honest pricing backed by quality work and warranties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to contact the customer and set up a time to come out and evaluate the project. At that time, our knowledgeable electrician will get a quote worked up. If the customer decides to move forward with a quote, the electrician will either get started on the work or get it scheduled to be completed within the week or as the customer needs it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our electricians are master residential electricians and have a combined total of 25 years of work experience in the trade.
