Kurt Southworth was simply a pleasure to work with. We originally reached out to 360 Painting of NWA in August 2017 but decided to delay this project due to others that took precedent. From our initial call, Kurt promptly came to our home and assessed the needs. Our home needed Masonite replacement in some areas as well as a complete exterior paint job. Our home has some very steep pitches to work with too. None of this deterred Kurt. After a thorough walk around with notes taken he left our home, promising a quick turnaround for a quote. The wonderful thing about hiring Kurt is that he handles all the required work through him. He subcontracted the repair work and this was part of the quote as well. One stop shop!! Fast forward to January 2019. We were finally ready to move forward. We contacted Kurt and picked up where we left off. His quote remained about the same. He did have the sub contractor come back out to see if there was any significant changes in the structure and there was not. Kurt sent a revised quote and we got things moving. Kurts team did a great job. They worked efficiently and kept the job site clean. Kurt was open to our feedback (we texted him) when we came home each night and he made the necessary adjustments. We were beyond pleased with the end result! Our house is beautiful with a fresh coat of paint and all repairs completed. Look no further. Call 360 Painting of NWA.

I'm so disappointed. I read the good reviews and scheduled an appt. They gave me an estimate and a date. Then proceeded to miss that one, the next one, and the following THREE WE SET UP. Bill only ONE time actually said ahead of time they'd be missing it as well so I took off part of work to put my dogs up and everything for them just not to show multiple times. The rest of the appointments he just never even said anything until I called them and asked where they were.After all of this, my girlfriend asked if they could come out within a month and she got a "Nah sorry we're busy" in simple terms which I understand there are bigger jobs but they gave us a promised date/time then just disregarded us as a customer because our painting job wasn't thousands.NOW that same window is leaking and I have water damage because I kept getting baited by their appointments. We are now in a rush to find someone else and this has left us in an unfavorable situation . They seemed like nice people, but do not go to them if you have don't have whole houses to paint or something because you seem to be worth nothing to them

Zachariah, this was definitely a flub on our part. We missed you on the first appointment and should have just gone ahead and quoted the work without you. We followed that by missing your next 2 appointments! This is not how we do business, our apologies.

We got quotes from five different paint companies when we had to paint the entire interior of our home. We chose 360 for their competitive price and the owner's professional attitude and demeanor. Unfortunately, the paint job did not live up to our expectations. We arranged for the work to be done while we were out of the house, as the entire house was being done, and came home to paint splatters on our floors and wooden railings, a broken bed, trash in our rooms, missing fixtures, and areas on the wall where there were definitely not two coats applied. We were told that they had finished in 4 days instead of of the 7 we expected, and the work made that apparent. The owner did resolve the situation after we withheld payment, but it put us 4 days behind in our renovation and was a super stressful experience. Pleasant owner, but not enough oversight of the crew.

Kerry, Sorry you feel this way. It was very chaotic painting with the wall construction and tile work while we were painting. I did underestimate the amount of work in painting your 2 staircases in black in white! We never take payment until the job is complete. Best regards, Kurt

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive with all professional painting and offer a discount for veteran and first responders of 10%. On larger jobs we provide a free color consultation. We pay our interior designer to work with you for an hours to figure it out.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We measure your area and provide the quote on our first visit with you. When we start the project; we introduce the painters and walk through the entire job to assure we are all on the same page. At the end of the job, we do this same walk through to assure it was done right.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was raised by DIY Arkansas natives and trained and work as a Project Manager for more than 25 years. Painting is project management.
