- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand the stress of working parents wanting to keep a tidy house, and a lot of times the housework just doesn't get done. My goal is to make housekeeping affordable. That's why all my prices are negotiable. I live in a very rural area, so gas mileage may or may not be added. We can set up an hourly or flat rate. There will be a discount for repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting to know my customers. Typically after setting up a meeting time, I like to take a tour of the house and discuss everything that the customer is wanting done. I like to keep it professional, so I just get right to work. If the customer is satisfied, we can discuss a contract or otherwise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified surgical tech, so I have experience with sanitation. I also used to perform deep cleans for apartment buildings between tenants.
