We had an issue with a service technician they contract out to, but once we contacted the owner, they were very understanding. Greg actually came out and installed our new water heater himself. His customer service was great, as well as the service provided. He even stayed for a few minutes afterwards to help me with a water pressure issue in my bathtub! I am officially updating my previous review to 5 stars. While my initial experience was beyond frustrating, the way this companys leadership handled the situation deserves genuine "kudos."After I escalated my concerns to the owner, Greg, and the general manager, the response was fast and decisive. They didn't make excuses; they took immediate action:Accountability: The unprofessional employee who was originally sent to my home was dealt with swiftly. Its clear that management does not tolerate the "scamming" tactics or harassment I initially experienced.Personal Touch: Greg, the owner, personally came out to my home to handle the installation himself.Quality & Price: The work was perfect, the price was more than reasonable, and most importantly, Greg was incredibly thoughtful, considerate, and cordial with my family.It is clear to me now that the leadership here takes their reputation and customer satisfaction to heart. They turned a disaster into a great experience, and for that level of integrity and hard work, I highly recommend them.

A Clean Service.My husband and I were having problems with the tub and the dishwasher not draining properly. We had tried everything for the tub and nothing worked. We called a few places and decided to go with this company. I will be completely honest in saying that at first I was completely skeptical, but boy did they deliver.Upon their arrival, the first thing I look at is the cleanliness of their work truck. Not only did they park on the side of the road, but the white work truck and trailer was spotless. I knew then I was in great hands.Within 5 mins of them being there, the tub was unclogged and draining better than it ever had in the past and they were onto the next case for the dishwasher. They fixed the dishwasher for a few more dollars and were gone within 40 minutes.This company is fast, efficient, reliable and CLEAN. I will percent be using them again as well as recommending them in the future!

Ben came here to fix a gas leak. He was through, located the leak and fixed the leaking valve. Everyone from All Drains 70 has been so nice to work with. Great family owned firm that I highly recommend .
