My pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. I offer single sessions as well as discounted rates for clients who book multiple sessions or coaching packages. Payment details are discussed upfront so everything is clear and comfortable before we begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation to understand your goals, challenges, and what you’d like to change or improve in your life. From there, we create a simple plan with clear, achievable steps tailored to your situation. During our sessions, we check in on progress, work through obstacles, and adjust the plan as needed so you continue moving forward with confidence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in psychology, which gives me a strong foundation in understanding behavior, mindset, and personal development. My training helps me support clients in building healthier habits, improving self-awareness, and working through challenges in a thoughtful and practical way. I also focus on continued learning and real-life coaching experience to better support the people I work with.
