- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't continually attend formal education but I read tech blogs and articles daily, approximately 4-6 hours along with participating in online training modules from the Microsoft Virtual Academy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started tearing apart my electronic toys as a child and became an electronic tech in the military where I first became exposed to computers. I was fascinated and wanted to know more so I read everything I could find.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Removal of viruses, malware and spyware along with troubleshooting hardware faults. I also do a lot of user education on how to setup or use programs.
