Introduction: We groom, board and train dogs. We also offer doggy daycare, have a dog park with pool and a do-it-yourself dog wash. Waggin' Tails is for the love of dogs and we love caring for your 4-legged friend. Dogs are my life! I opened Waggin' Tails in April of 1986 to own a place that would care for other people's 4-legged friends like I would want my babies cared for. We love adding all kinds of fun dog events. If there is something to do with your fur baby, Waggin' Tails has probably added it to our list of event. "For the Love of Dogs"

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Boarding ranges from $21-$25 per day depending on the size of your dog. Doggy Daycare is $9 day or $36 per month (up to 15 days) Dog Park and Do-it-yourself Dogwash is a donation of any amount to our spay/neuter fund. Dog Training Classes--$200 Dog Grooming--Price is due to breed, size, condition and time involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We advise people to check out arkansasdogs.dog to see our requirements for boarding or daycare for your pet(s). We love to meet new 4-legged babies. We love to add new clients for grooming, but I will only schedule what I can do and make sure the baby has a good experience. Most of my customers keep standing appointments, so getting in a new client is hard sometimes. We are blessed with the babies. If you want to get on our waiting list for grooming, we will gladly take your information and if an opening comes up, you will be called.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained under a master groomer before opening my business. I continue to learn everyday even after more than 30 years. I have been a member of many pet related associations and served on the board of many. Also, my years of showing dogs has taught me valuable lessons on many different breeds.
