FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General handyman jobs have a two hour minimum plus a travel/mileage/fuel fee. In total, my pricing for two hours and under is $165. Additional hours (if necessary) are billed at $55/hr thereafter, depending on the job. I do not include materials into my pricing; I will typically purchase the materials for the project before arriving and provide a receipt, and combine that cost with my labor/travel fees at the end of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first steps are usually finding out the finer details of the project, figuring out my customer's vision, assessing the work required and materials needed, and then establishing a time frame for the work to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years experience with handyman work that makes me qualified for almost any task.
