Mr. Stout and his son Robert were about the nicest two fellas you could cross paths with. They did an amazing job installing a mini-split in my garage. The cost was very reasonable and the workmanship was outstanding. In a short conversation, you can conclude that Mr. Stout is as honest as the day is long — and in my dealings with HVAC companies, that seems to be fairly uncommon. You can trust him to treat you fairly, give sound advice, and do a good job.
