We hired RoMonica Home Services to help us with a same day inspection that needed to be done before the property closed. He was very responsive, polite and able to complete our job in a very timely manner. RoMonica Homes Services was able to get the pictures we needed and complete the inspection within the same day it was requested. I would highly recommend asking them to complete something for you because he was very professional and responsive.

He was fabulous! Not only did he fix my dishwasher (and even go out of his way to pick up the parts in Fort Smith) - he also did an impromptu and creative repair on two of my cabinet doors. ALL while being extremely responsive, professional and an overall Joy to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*For handyman services I do charge a 1 hour minimum. For last minute cancellations or if upon arrival my services are not needed, I charge a $55 transportation and time allotment fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is to assess the needs of the customer. We ask for name, contact number and address of the location. Upon assessing the needs, we work with the customer on finding the perfect day/time to come out and get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of on the job training and experience. Our management experience has instilled a core foundation of customer service and value.
