- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not cut corners, we back up our work. We will not be the cheapest but we are small so we don’t have higher operating cost like other companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a start date, and there on afterwards you get a notification the Sunday before your your service week and then a text when your lawn is next and then a text when all finished up with a link for payment. We pride ourselves with clear communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of experience, 50 if overtime counted
