- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an additional fee for cutting tall, overgrown grasses. I offer discounted rates to new customers, veterans, public service employees and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face to face if possible and discuss the client’s vision and goals for their property and offer a free on-site estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My career as a Firefighter/EMT is a very hands-on type of job and we are always operating new equipment and learning new things. We interact with the public every day and that aspect of it has helped me operate my businesses and provide good customer service to my clients. It has also taught me to work hard and to chase your dreams!
