Introduction: I can't speak to what other caterers do or don't do, nor would I. At The Garden Bistro, our mission is: `From the Farm, To our Kitchen, To your Table.' Wherever that might be. Whatever fare we create is fresh and homemade, often unique and always gourmet. If a guest or client has a reasonable budget we can almost always accommodate the meal they are trying to plan. Generally, we exceed their expectations.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Special dining occasions for lunch or dinner for couples or groups such as business organizations, personal parties, wedding receptions, etc., both here at our restaurant or catered.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Caterers who provide a set menu and pricing, give immediate information to a prospective client. However, we choose not to do so because we offer such a variety of catering options and menu choices. Due to the fact we incorporate local mid-western farm products in our dishes, designing a menu for a client in May would be quite different than one created in October. However, if a client absolutely had to have say, our very popular Strawberry Lavender Soup when it is out of season, we could still provide it, but the ingredients wouldn't necessarily be local. Certain dishes are never local, which means we could offer them anytime, such as tuna, halibut and other proteins, breads, certain sauces or soups, etc. Bottom line: tell us your tastes and budget, then let us make you an outstanding, memorable meal.
